Spring Football Workouts:  Begins January 20th

Lifting Sessions: Monday, Wednesday, & Fridays

On field sessions: Tuesdays

Football players that do NOT participate in track: Start at 2:30PM

Football players that participate in track: Start at 4PM

Bring running shoes, cleets, and workout clothes   

DON'T BE LATE!                 

Physicals: Due July 1, 2008. Turn in to Coach Pryer or Athletic Office. 

IF YOU DO NOT TURN IN A PHYSICAL, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE.
