First Day of Practice (Monday, August 6)

  • Freshmen & Juniors Athletic Cards - The WIAA requires a physical every other year. The Green Card (Physical Examination/Athletic Permit Card) and the Orange Card (Insurance & Athletic Code/Athletic Eligibility Card) can be picked up from the Athletic Office and are required on the first day of practice. If you need a physical, book it now! It's more difficult to get a physical the closer we get to the season.
  • Sophomore & Senior Athletic Card - The Yellow Card (Alternate Year Athletic Permit/Insurance & Athletic Code Card) can be picked up from the Athletic Office and is required on the first day of practice (provided you had a physical your Freshmen year and Junior year).
  • Team Rules & Emergency Information Form - This is one form that explains the risks of playing football, player-parent-coach agreement, and emergency information.
  • Combination Lock - You will need to provide your own lock to lock your equipment in our team locker room.
  • Athletic shoes and football cleats.
